•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: Absolutely not. Jo would not deal well with being recognized and she certainly would not appreciate being told what happens in the future.
•BACKTAGGING: ABSOLUTELY. I am the queen of late tags, as some of you who've RPed with me before know!
•AVOIDED TOPICS: Rape/sexual assault plots cause me to nope right into the stratosphere.
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Jo is 5'9", tall and fair-complected, with a small purple tattoo of a five-pointed star on the left side of her neck. Generally on the Barge she will be wearing street clothes - t-shirts, tank tops, cargo pants, jackets, and boots. Her hair is coppery-colored, with a natural blonde streak in the front, and her eyes are dark blue. She speaks with a mutt accent; anyone who listens closely will be able to discern American, South African, Australian, and British inflections depending on what she's saying.
•DEMEANOR: Jo's got quite the temper on her, and has stubbornness to boot. She's quick with a smart remark, and has a thirst to prove herself. She also finds it very difficult to trust others. Generally, she bounces back quickly from trauma and is remarkably well-adjusted.
•ABILITIES: Jo’s an average human being, with no super special magical abilities. However, whenever she’s in a fight, time seems to slow down for her and she can think very clearly. “Situational awareness,” her dad called it. She’s also been training to follow in her bounty-hunter father’s footsteps since she could walk, so she’s agile, an eagle-eyed shot, and reasonably skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Jo is a combat pragmatist, not afraid to fight dirty.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Jo heals quickly; at roughly twice the speed of a normal person.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Don't talk smack about her dad.

•MENTAL: Yes for passive things e.g. telepathy, mind-reading, empathy; however, if it's an intrusive thing like mind-control, please ask first.
•MIMICRY: Yes. When I canon-update her to after Perfect Dark: Second Front this will probably change, but for now it's okay.
•VIOLENCE: Oh hell yes. Nothing she loves more than a good old-fashioned fistfight.
•MAGIC: Depends. As with mental permissions, if it's intrusive/invasive, please ask me first.
•DEBATE: Yes. Jo is intractable, however, and liable to ICly ragequit if she's getting pissed. Fair warning.
